Yukteshwar Kumar: Dr. Yukteshwar Kumar is the first-ever Deputy Mayor of Bath of Asian and non-white descent. He is a senior academic at the University of Bath and researched at Peking University as Nehru Fellow. He has served as an official interpreter for several political leaders in the world.
