Haiyuan Helen Guo

After graduation, worked for TV/film production company in Beijing for a little while before I became a food and entertainment editor for Travel China News (English Edition). It was distributed to all countries having CNTA(China National Tourism Administration) offices.

I love travel, after moving to UK, I continued my career within the travel industry. From hotels, being a tour operator to travel insurance. After living in both countries, I went back to China worked as the China Chief Representative for a leading British luxury lifestyle brand.

Travelling worldwide for over 10 years on the road as a tour manager, I have gained first hand knowledge of customer needs, using this knowledge I became a product manager. Upon travelling extensively from Asia to Latin America, I've developed a passion on learning more about Latin culture. I will continue to travel and hope to help the people in the developing world.

Recent years as a mother, being involved with schools activities, it extended my interests into education and charity fundraising. Hope that I can help more children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Education will transform life.

大学英文专业毕业后曾在农影厂做场记助理，后在中国旅游导报（英文版）美食娱乐版做编辑。定居英国后在酒店，旅行社及旅游保险公司工作过。之后被派往中国担任英国著名奢华生活方式管理公司的驻华首席代表。依然热爱职业领队生涯，10多年的环球经历让我有机会开始从事旅行产品开发工作。并专注于给专业音乐杂志及各机构做定制旅行产品。

成为母亲后开始关注儿童语言能力的培养和教育。近年来把更多精力放在教育旅行及慈善机构的工作上。希望能帮助到更多需要帮助的孩子。
