这是一封居住于荷兰的被领养女孩来信：

大家好，1994年12月3日早上，西安市未央区大明宫乡炕底寨村村民何菊玲在家门口发现了一对双胞胎女婴，然后送到了村委会。其中一个女孩经炕底寨村村民介绍，被西安市内一户人家抱养，另一个女孩被送进了福利院。被发现时，女婴被毯子包裹着，身上有奶瓶，奶粉，还有一张字条写着她们是94年11月23日晚11:40出生。

我就是那个被送进了福利院的女孩，在福利院生活了一段时间后，我被一对好心的荷兰夫妇领养，现在生活幸福，我非常感谢养父母对自己的养育之恩。

同时也对出生家庭十分好奇，我感谢他们给我生命，我不会因为被遗弃而记恨或者追究他们。我只是想跟我的亲人取得联系，想让他们知道我现在过得很好。

This is a letter from a young woman adopted from China and now living in the Netherlands:

Hello everyone,

On the morning of December 3, 1994, a local resident named He Juling from Kangdizhai Village, Daminggong Township, Weiyang District, Xi’an, found a pair of twin baby girls abandoned at her doorstep. She took them to the village committee.

One of the twins was adopted by a local family in Xi’an through village connections, while the other was sent to an orphanage. At the time they were found, the babies were wrapped in blankets, with a milk bottle, formula, and a note stating that they were born on November 23, 1994, at 11:40 PM.

I am the twin who was sent to the orphanage. After spending some time there, I was adopted by a loving Dutch couple, and I now have a happy life. I am deeply grateful for the love and care my adoptive parents have given me.

At the same time, I am curious about my birth family. I want to express my gratitude to them for bringing me into this world. I hold no resentment for being abandoned, nor do I seek to hold anyone accountable. I simply wish to connect with my biological family and let them know that I am doing well.
